It’s okay for xp_cmdshell to run through my proxy account. Make sure Proxy akun has the correct credentials.

userName , domain and password must be passed as Windows wide character , possibly as Windows Unicode . Make sure you enter them in the correct format.

That Ken Wyet said in the review, right. If you do not iterate over the correct type string for your ID and password, you will get 1326. Modify the API declaration to use UnmanagedType.LPStr to search for strings. pinvoke. Has good instructions for calling APIs on the web.
