Ongoing maintenance
Needles
- Up to 1000 hours of hand life depending on disc condition. We recommend cleaning the needle with compressed air or a cleaning brush to remove dust and debris if necessary.

Belt
- Wobble, wobble, or speed problems are usually caused by a worn or unwanted belt.
- Replacement straps are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm EST by contacting Customer Support at 1-866-CROSLEY.

NOTE. Needles and straps are consumables that should be replaced as part of regular product care and maintenance.
Cassette Player
- You can see noise and hiss, playing cassette tape usually makes the cassette deck dirty. We recommend that you clean the cassette deck at least every 20 hours of operation.
CD Player / Recorder
- Missed other problems are usually caused by the computerct disk with soot. We recommend that you clean your CD / recorder only once a year with a CD lens cleaning kit, depending on where the device is actually being used.
Wood / plywood cabinets
- Remove dust with a very clean, soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Wipe the ridges towards the gametes to remove dirt and fingerprints. We recommend polishing with Guardsman Polish © furniture polish or another furniture polish. We do not recommend trying aerosol cleaners, polishes containing rubber, abrasives, wax or oil.
ABS and vinyl composite furniture
- Wipe frequently with a clean, comfortable, dry, lint-free cloth. Wipe the device with a slightly damp cloth and mild toilet soap. Rinse the cloth with clean water and remove the water, then wipe again to remove the detergent and remaining water. To avoid damage, wipe off excess moisture with a dry cloth.
Storage
- Store in a cool dry place.

The Crosley Company radio station has been making turntables for nearly 30 years.
Step 1
Usually the suspension screws are adjusted. These screws hold the turntable in place for transport. Some plates contain more than one hanger screw. Turn the screw clockwise as far as it will go, but do not overtighten. This allows the turntable to sit on the suspension.

Peel off the protective film directly from the needle. If you leave it on, you will not hear a sound and the hand clip can be slide off your plate. Be careful not to get too close to the needle when removing the protective cap.

Check the form to make sure the power cord is plugged in. If it doesn’t fit, turn it over and try again. Has a polarized plug and fits on one end only.
Step 4
Make sure your phone is turned on. Some decks use on / off buttons, others use a level control. If your device has a volume on / off button, turn it clockwise from the off position until you hear a terrific click.

Use the function switch to select “phono stage”. If your device has a function link, wait a second between each function before pressing the button again for the audience to have access to a choice of phono stage. If some decks don’t have a function tab, look for a switch that changes from Phono to other options such as Radio, USB and.
