I was able to sync my iPhone using iTunes without any problems, but I was still unable to access my phone through Windows Explorer to download photos. This malfunction ison my desktop on the internet (Windows 7) about 64 bits). I connected my phone to my wife’s laptop (Windows is much more Home Premium 32bit) and got access to my photos with no problem, so I don’t think it was the phone or the main cable.
I’ve tried a lot of things that didn’t work, including using another universal serial bus, uninstalling / reinstalling all of iTunes, but to no avail.
In Device Manager, I tried to wipe my iphone under portable devices and the mobile company usb driver (check the glass to clear the driver software). After simulating the hardware (or making changes when disconnecting the iPhone), the phone will appear with a yellow triangle and an exclamation mark, and Windows will inform everyone that the driver installation has failed. When I update the driver point and the usbaapl64.inf file, it says it is smart and Apple, then the new mobile USB driver reappears under the USB controllers, then Windows says the iPhone driver installation was being ignored (the error indicates that the result is INF exstarted from the expected). When I try to change the iPhone driver and it talks about the usbaapl64.inf file, it tells everyone that the folder “does not contain compatible driver software. I was able to sync my iPhone with iTunes with simple problems, but I never had a chance to access my phone via Windows Traveler to download photos (bits). I connected my phone to the organization’s laptop (Windows 7 Home Supreme 32bit) and I have no problem accessing the small photos, so I guess it’s not the phone or the cable.
I’ve tried a lot of things to no avail, including using a different port, uninstalling / reinstalling Apple iTunes via USB, all to no avail.
