Don’t forget the cookie folder in Windows 7/8, because first you will need to change the way Windows Explorer works to display “protected operating system files”:
Open Windows Explorer (Windows key + E).
Go to File Explorer> Organize> Folder and Search Options> View> Hide Protected System Files and apply the setting.

If IE Protected Mode is enabled, the browser will run the pivot at low resolutions and cookies will be stored in the LOW version of the cookies folder:
