Don’t forget the cookie folder in Windows 7/8, because first you will need to change the way Windows Explorer works to display “protected operating system files”:
Open Windows Explorer (Windows key + E).
Go to File Explorer> Organize> Folder and Search Options> View> Hide Protected System Files and apply the setting.

You will probably get to the Cookies folder just as quickly by copying / pasting the following line into the desired bar of your browser:

If IE Protected Mode is enabled, the browser will run the pivot at low resolutions and cookies will be stored in the LOW version of the cookies folder:

Internet Explorer in Protected Mode is set to “Low Resolution Process”.
