Problem

Failed to expand the entire Exchange 2010 DAG mailbox database from the drop-down list due to the error “The directory or document was not found or is no longer available”.

Error Message

“The directory is important or the file was not found or cannot be accessed”

Reason

The Backup Exec client account agreement requirement for copying or restoring an Exchange 2010 server is configured incorrectly.

Solution

Verify that the authorization requirements and other Exchange 2010 DAG backup rules are correctly configured based on the following:

Backup Exec 2010 and later should be installed very heavily on Windows 2008 SP2 x64 or ’08 R2 x64 Server.
Make sure all mailboxes through these Client Access servers have an updated version of the Remote Agent installed.
The remote agent must indeed be installed on the DAG servers of all nodes.
The Backup Exec login account must have full permissions in order for you to back up Exchange 2010 in an Ex environmentchange 2010 developed by the DAG as shown below.
1. This account must have local administrator rights.
2. Explicitly added to local group administrators on all Exchange servers.
3. RBAC role base credentials.
4. An Exchange organization or member management role. Go to https://www.veritas.com/docs/000006037 to add or sign in to the specified organization management group.
5. Try to ping all Exchange 2010 servers and continue telnet connection on port 10000 (must allow telnet to execute command on Windows 2007 server).
6. Make sure that the Exchange Management Tool is installed on the media server and that the patches are installed correctly, just like on this Exchange 2010 server.
7. Make sure the account used to back up Exchange 2010 has a mailbox enabled.

Problem

When backing up Remote Desktop Help Server, error “0xe00084af – The website or file was not found or may not be available” correctly.om work log – NDMP port blocked

Error Message

V-79-57344-33967 – File directory not found or not available.

0xe00084af – directory and possibly file not found or not available

The debug log of the remote server clearly shows the following entry:

BETCPListener::ListenOnAvailablePort: Unable to listen on IPv4 protocol, port #####: An error occurred while requesting a neighbor socket: Error code: 10013, Error reporting system: An attempt was made to access a socket criminally by its access permissions.< /p>

Reason

The NDMP (Network Data Management Protocol) port used by Backup Uses exec is actually being used by another application on the remote server.
