Find MSCOMNCTL.OCX below: directory C: Windows SysWOW64
Right click on “Select Command Prompt” and run as administrator
Enter the following
CD C: Windows SysWOW64 Directory
Press Enter
Next type
Regsvr32 MSCOMCTL.OCX
Press Enter
You should get the text message “DllRegisterServer in mscomctl.ocx successfully”
Proceed with installation
