I think my questions were still 1) Can I restore the SAM file simply by using the RUN ophcrack option .. If so, what language do I usually use? … a registry editor … and if so, how? So there must be a way to fix it. I’m so tired. I will go around in circles once you have access to the director for patches, and I cannot change accounts without logging into Windows, and I cannot open Windows without changing the SAM file, but I cannot change the SAM file without the administrator password. whicho DOES NOT EXIST !!
