On a netbook running Windows 10, version 1803, everyone will experience logon or logoff delays when one roaming user is using user profiles. You will also receive the following error messages:

Reason
This issue is caused by a change in Windows 10 Model 1803. This change inadvertently caused folders that would normally be excluded from roaming to sit next to roaming user profiles that were synced when logging in or disconnecting documents.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in the following update for Windows 10, version 1803:
Workaround
As a workaround, a customer can copy the ExcludeProfileDirs registry key from a computer running Windows 10, version 1709 to computers running version 1803, atwhich is the problem. Full path to store this particular key:
