The problem seems to be that Microsoft Speech Recognition uses old microphone levels when it bypassed the Microphone Setup Wizard in a previous version. Every time the program is opened, it will restart the microphone level to this hidden value.
Select “Control Panel”> “Easy Access” with> “Voice Recognition”. In the sidebar, click Advanced Language Options on the left side of the window. A new window should appear called “Properties” “Speech”. Just click on “Configure Microphone” in the lower-right corner of this window and it should launch the Arrangement Assistant, where you say the last phrase and adjust the microphone accordingly to recognize the address.

Make sure the language of the settings matches the language of your system (English (US)). Cortana overwrite, virtual keyboard recognition and microphone, and extreme WIN + H … will now show all results.
