- Make sure the disc is inserted correctly by placing it with the reading side down in the disc tray.
- If a blank disc is dirty with fingerprints or smudges, or if the disc is scratched or damaged, the player may not recognize the disc. Clean the disc with a soft, damp cloth.
- You can reset the player to the factory default specifications.
- If discs cannot be played, remove multiple discs from the player and leave the player turned on with the CD tray open (if possible) for about an hour to remove moisture condensation in this player.
