How do I show tasks in Outlook Inbox?
Click Tasks in the navigation bar.Click a task to view it in the Reading Pane, or double-click it to open it in a new window. Another way to view tasks and add flagged tasks is to use task search. Hover over Tasks in the navigation bar. An overview of the task appears.
All Outlook users will see the same information when viewing task list documents synchronized with SharePoint. How do I add a SharePoint task to Outlook?
Go to the root of your task list, go to the List tab> Connect to Outlook.When finished, you will be prompted to confirm the connection to Outlook. Click Yes.Your Outlook desktop app will now open and tasks will most likely sync to your Outlook.
To display the Outlook marketplace, such as categories in Internet Explorer, add this field as a column template. Why are my tasks not showing in Outlook?
The latest Office 365 update contained a bug that generated a to-do list with at least two “Group By” criteria to display the message in question. Your tasks and tasks are here – only Outlook cannot view them. A workaround is to “Group By” in one field.
