With Philips Songbird Software
Using Windows Explorer
From a PC, users can download music to their Philips GoGear MP3 player using Songbird, standard Care Media Player, or Windows Explorer. Commercial business owners can upload their songs, artists, etc. favorites so you can enjoy your music while traveling. Whether you choose Philips software or the drag-and-drop method in Windows Explorer, downloading music to your GoGear MP3 player takes just a few minutes.
Install the Philips Songbird computer system from the supplied CD-ROM. You can also download the program directly from the Philips website and connect it.
Connect your Philips GoGear MP3 player to your computer using the supplied USB cables and start Songbird.
Click
section “File” and click “Import Media”. Select the directory containing the music to which you want to add files and the media player, and click OK to import the songs into the Songbird library.
Click this Music under the Library link to include the copied songs in the library. Right click the songs you want to copy to the footballer, then select Add to Device and just click Philips GoGear ”to download music to your company’s turntable.
Find your “devices” under the glasses in the Songbird user interface and click the drop-down arrow next to them. Click on the current Music link to verify that the transfer was successful. The right pane displays the song loaded in the media player.
Connect your Philips GoGear MP3 player using the supplied USB cable.
Click Start, then click Computer to start Windows Explorer. Find your GoGear hard drive and double-click it to open the CD or DVD drive window.
Drag songs from your computer to the GoGear hard drive window to download music and transfer it to your MP3 player.
When finished, click the Back button, right-click the hard drive of the media player and select Eject. Be sure to disconnect the USB cable.

- Some Philips GoGear players need to switch the USB connection to MTP connection mode before connecting to a computer to transfer songs using Songbird. Changing the USB setting depends on the type of player. So read GoGear’s inflating guide.
