The Nurit 2085 terminal handles purchases with corporate credit cards. From time to time, you may have difficulty or other problems with death. Common problems include intermittent power problems, Nurit terminal showing “no line on display” and not processing card transactions, and problems with the Nurit printer. Follow a few simple steps and do your own simple and easy maintenance to keep your terminal running smoothly and save you time and money.

Power Problems

As an important first step in resolving a power failure issue, make sure the power cord is securely plugged into the back of the Nurit 2085.

Unplug the Nurit power cord to reset the connection. Wait a minute, then plug the power cord back into the machine.

Check the outlet cable regularly for damage, such as cracks, cuts or abrasions. If the cable is damaged, replace it.

Unplug the power cord and check the metal receivers at the outlet from the outletfor dirt or grime. If the receivers are dirty, wipe them with a dry cloth.

Plug another device into the outlet to make sure it works. Connect the Nurit 2085 reader cable securely to the wall outlet and try again.

No Line Error

Please check the telephone line connection on each of our terminals if the error message “No line” appears on the screen.

In general, flip the terminal over to see some kind of back of the device. Inspect the telemarketing cord from the person’s wall outlet to the terminal for damage. If someone else’s cord is damaged, replace it.

Make sure the phone of the corresponding line is properly connected to my “Tel Line” jack on the terminal.

Disconnect your phone from the Nurit terminal and reconnect the cable to make sure it is securely attached.

Printer Problem

Check the printer’s paper path if you are likely having problems with the printer.

Open the camera to hold the printer roll and make sure the roll of printer paper is loaded so that the paper isThe balls came in from below, not through a new roll.

Make sure you are using the attached paper type correctly. The Nurit 2085 Thermal requires paper and cannot print a receipt if the roll normally uses thermal paper.
