I’ve found that you just have a new laptop with Windows Live Mail and/or it doesn’t have a toolbar with files, toolsWith cents, edits, etc. I need to block a sender’s email, and I don’t know how to do that either. I have no idea what changes Microsoft is making. Take Windows Live Mail, the doctor-prescribed email program in Windows 7, for example. Windows Mail Vista lacks the familiar premium menu bar.
