I found that in Win 2008 there are two IP addresses on the network card (192.168.3.1, 192.168.1.1).The problem is that port 139 could only be open for the latter, but in fact should be open for both.

Win2003 and 2008 do a very good job when it is on the market to combine that kind of share, but XP Does not work at this stage 192.168.3.1

Are you using Active Directory? Today I had a similar picture with a user – she might very well not be sharing an IP address or shared name through Citrix.
