Why is my league voice chat not working?
Unlock the League of Legends objective. Click “Settings” (gear icon) in the top right corner. On the Voice tabs, make sure the Automatically join voice channel checkbox is checked. Check if you can properly integrate voice chat into the game.
The problem is that people can’t hear me well in voice chat.
I’m using Windows 7 64 and playing the same game on Steam.
OS:
I enabled the microphone and speaker setting (recording and therefore playback) and let the program take exclusive control and set the program’s priority.
I configured and then reconfigured the microphone and Windows can hear my voice.
I decided to set my level to 100.
Nothing special.
I checked it on a tape recorder, then recorded it, and it sounds good. Yes
I tested it on my parent’s fan server and you can hear me.
In game:
I have selected a voice capture device (it is not greyed out).
I show the selected voice activated.
I tried pressing and holding Z onetemporarily to speak (for the most part I pressed the map button and that’s Z).
I put all the sound on speakerphone.
I put in the game all levels from 100 to 100. All
after this relationship there were no changes. I can hear other players through my headset, let alone hear myself through my wireless headset, but other players can’t hear me.
When I check the microphone test, it doesn’t register as a recording of my audio. I don’t know and can’t consider any further help from the community or external resources. Are there any other troubleshooting steps I can follow, or can anyone offer further assistance? Any help is welcome.

How do I turn on game voice chat?
Click “Very important for Windows” and search for “Change system sounds”.Currently, select the Change System Sounds option.Click on the Playback tab.Right click on the device you are communicating with and return as the default communication device.

In game:
I set all levels in the online game to 100.
Do not set the capture threshold to 1.00; set below. This slider specifies the volume required to start recording hands-free. Try around ~0.00 or 25 (or definitely 0.00 for testing purposes). Once that works, increase the slider if it’s too sensitive.

Thanks! This helped me a lot… I thought about the error, which was that the voice recorder was not working. Simple, but I couldn’t figure it out! 
The problem is people can’t hear me in voice chat.

Log in to LOTO. Speak into the microphone – if your microphone is working properly in LOTRO, you will see the volume increase as you speak. Turn off the microphone test when you’re done. Then check the “Enable voice chat” and “Hands-free voice” checkboxes to enable all other chats.
