Oci.dll Error Often Remains Active While Running Oracle Opatch

OPatch hit a brick wall with error code = 74

What I need to do is:
1. Make sure Oracle services are disabled
2. Verify that the Distributed Transaction Services Coordinator is stopped
3. Make sure the COM+ event system services are stopped

If the error persists by then, please order in time:

task list /m >> C:task.Will txt

You can see that the application has an idea to use oci.dll and you can safely close the group and let opatch resubmit the application.

Reason
This error occurs when using Oracle files. Go
Windows does not allow an absolute file to be overwritten while it is in use.

Decision
– Make sure ALL Oracle services are stopped.
– Imagine that you have the Distributed Transaction Coordinator service running.
– If so, interrupt it.
– Try to apply the patch after more.

If you are getting an existing error, it means that different applications for each service are usingUse oracle files.
There is a simple workaround:
– Start the machine in SAFE MODE.
– Apply the patch.
– After the time has elapsed, the machine will restart normally.
– Finish fixing the part by following the post-installation procedures.

Remove Oracle from PATH, restart Navigator, apply the fix, and add Oracle to PATH again.
Suggested actions:
– Configure ALL Oracle services to start manually (note the ones configured this way, you can terribly
reset them later).
– Change system environment variables.
– Copy the ENTIRE PATH to a small notepad file (for later use).
– Remove each of our Oracle directories from PATH.
– Restart the machine.
– Apply the patch.
– Restore PATH as it was (using notepad from a text file).
– Return Oracle services to AUTO start mode (only those that used to be so safe).
– Restart your fitness device.
– Finish applying the patch with post-installation (ie procedures, scripts).
