PC running slow?
Over the past week, some users reported having encountered error installing kb110806.
You may need to follow these instructions to fix a .NET issue / issue. I originally posted this to this thread from the tammysisland site. Link to compress the file. Clear the appropriate temperature with files / pcccleaner. Free download provided by ccleaner.com. Follow Tammy’s step by step instructions. Some take time, but they will solve your problem.
1) Cleaning temperature. Delete all files without a computer using ccleaner.com or whatever and just go to local settings, Temp. (you can browse these files to see them). VITAL !!!
3) Close the HP Digital Photo Imaging Monitor in the docking tray. If you installed an HP High Side printer like I did, the HP C7180, I found it interfering with the basics.
5) Immediately close Microsoft.com .update .internet .eye-port .wo .du .zip .file .had, .or. which is not working.
6) .direct .it .to .fix. each of the. version. from ..NET, you may need to restart your computer
8) Open Windows Update Checker for tweets, custom installation should have 3-4 service updates
9) to update only one at a time, start with .NET FRAMEWORK version 1.1 SP1
11) Open Windows Update Checker to get customizable updates maybe KB928366 OR KB110806, just update at the right time.
13) Open Windows Update, check for updates, KB829019 .NET 2 must be installed upon purchase. Run 0: x86 installation
15) Open the custom installation of Windows Update, KB928416 .NET 3.0: x86 should be the latest.
17) There may be an error indicating that documentviewer.msi is missing or cannot find the photo gallery. This will definitely need to be fixed later.Anyway, this has now fixed the problem for me, fixing the original errors that I was getting more and more because I could not update and install Microsoft updates KB929300 AND KB110806, which were boring Least boring SP1 updates !! !

Microsoft has released a single update package for Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 (KB110806) that could usually be installed using automatic updates. For some reason the service pack just couldn’t install something on my Windows 03 server. The update threw several errors in the system event log messages.
In another case, SP1 update failed and a new Windows agent update (automatic update) tried to reinstall the update over and over again. An upgrade error caused the SQL Server Agent service (Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Server) to fail to start. The service was found to be dependent on the .NET Framework and all scheduled SQL Server operations failed.
Automatic updates. Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1 (KB110806) may not be installed.

While checking for error messages in this WSUS Update Services console, I found immediately after the event:

I get a flag when I try to manually uninstall KB928365.
Windows Installer: Could not open this hotfix package. Make sure the fix pack is availableand is available, and also check with the vendor of the application to verify that this is a valid Windows Time Installer package.
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 encountered a problem during installation. The configuration did not work correctly.
So, I had a .NET Framework 2.0 crash and SQL Server Agent was not working. SQL Server 2007 was still working.

I have created, following the User’s Guide, how to remove an incorrect installation of Microsoft .NET Framework 2.Service 0 Pack 1 (KB110806) using the “Windows Installer CleanUp Utility” €.
I downloaded the utility from http: // support from.microsoft.com/kb/290301 and installed msicuu2.exe. From the Start Menu, I run Windows Installer Up Spotlessly Clean Shortcut, select (All Users) Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, and uninstall it.
I have reinstalled .Net Framework 2.0. I went back to the auto-update client directory C: WINDOWS SoftwareDistribution Download Install and also rerun NetFx20SP1_x86.exe. Now the enterprise was flourishing.
The And kb928365 KB110806 combination occurred as part of a deployment failure. It took me a whileto find, uninstall and reinstall this framework, but in the end the result was satisfactory. The utility can be used to uninstall any MSI based installation and furthermore, in this particular case, I used it to uninstall the .Net Framework package.
