Remember that System Restore uses the Volume Observer service. If you want to completely disable this ease of use, first disable the Volume Shadow Copy Service. Then there are commands to manage the number of snapshots present on the network and to remove them or even remove functionality. Sorry, I can’t remember all the spontaneous checks, I went to the Microsoft zone to get commands to change the functionthe ionicity of the snapshot.

I was unable to figure out how to disable system coverage in Windows 7 from the command line. What I found is the same as what the MDPC said.
To disable volume shadow copy via the command line: Command sc config vss start = disabled
If you want to interfere with all restore points, you need to run the vssadmin commands:
vssadmin list shadowstorage
– This command lists all attached hard drives, as well as their used, allocated and maximum shadow storage space.
vssadmin list shadows
– this command line lists all shadow copies that exist on a specific system
vssadmin delete shadows / for = c: / old
– this delete commandGet the oldest shadow copy from the C drive
vssadmin delete shadows / for = d: / all
– this command removes all existing shadow fakes on the D drive
vssadmin delete shadow / for = c: / shadow = ID
2. Deletes the selected shadow copy. The identifiers will be listed if you are using specific command list shadows.
vssadmin shadowstorage resize / for = c: / maxsize = 2GB
3) Set shadow storage C to 2GB. Can delete active restore points starting with the oldest, provided that there is not enough space to store each of the system restore points
