Hello

I just took over the reporting function My internal organization and I notice very little about Crystal.

We continue to receive them after reporting an error while generating production reports.

Error caused by Crystal PageServer
Error message:

The data on the page server might end up with changes. To avoid conflicting information, you should restore data that is only cached in your browser. [On the server page: REMEDYCS.cacheserver]

To fix this, I need to restart the service page.

I would probably be very grateful if someone could change the configuration, which I should check / calm down.

We constantly receive an immediate error message when generating reports.

were delivered to Crystal Reports Server XI R2 usingrunning Crystal Enterprise 10 and encounter the following error when trying to display an instance of a report in Crystal Reports format:

The page server you want to connect to is still unavailable. Contact your control system.

The page server you are trying to connect to is not available. Please contact your system administrator.

I’ll get this if I ever see DHTML, but it will work if I really use a good advanced DHTML viewer.

The page server is running and I cannot find any other relevant information written to the Crystal log files or even the event log.
