In most cases, your Notes client was previously created with scheduled replication enabled, so that all options (project or data) in the local or server-client database are automatically replicated to another. Another way to make a specific document disappear locally is through manual replication. You can get a list of local customer base replicas using the Notes public list. In a sort of open list, click Synchronize Replication and Option. The symbol consists of two solid arrows forming an almost circle.
Replication and Synchronization lists all databases for which you need local replicas. To just replicate one specific database at a time, find that database header, right click everything, click and Replicate selected application.
If the system is currently open while taking notes, you may also need to manually elevate the presentation to completely delete the deleted documents (each of the F5 and F9 keys should refresh the current view, but you just need to press one of them).
