Step 1. Initial Login To Squarespace

1. On the Start menu, click Settings, then Domains.
2. Click Use my own domain.
3. In the “Enter domain” box, type the FQDN you’re connecting to, then click the arrow.
4. Click Connect Domain.

Note. If you see a solid message “This domain already looks like another Squarespace site”, check each Squarespace site to see what domain the domain is connected to in general. After finding my site, disable the domain.

Step 2. Register With Crazy Domains

2. In the My Header section, click the Domains tab, then select the domain you want to connect.
3. Scroll down to the DNS Settings section.

Now you’ll copy the entries into your domain settings using your site’s DNS settings section in Squarespace.

Note. Do not remove any MX records during this process. MX records link your email address, and removing them may impact your email service.

Step 3: Add The First CNAME

In the first line of Squarespace’s main DNS settings window, copy the unique code that appears directly in the “Host” column below. The unique code is a combination of numbers and letters, which must always point to verify.squarespace.com. The settingx Crazy Domains add a new entry with good reason for these values:

Direct reconnection to WebHost Manager You must use one of the following URLs: https://www.example.com: 2087, where example.com is your personal domain name. https://www.example.com/whm where example.com should be your domain name. Step 4. Add The First CNAME

The second row of Squarespace’s DNS settings displays www. This entry should point to ext-cust.squarespace.com.

Log into your Crazy Domains hosting account.Go to the hold zone.Click the WordPress icon.Select the web page where you want to set up your new website.Click the direct Install Now link. You are now ready to create your WordPress site.
