Over the past few days, some users have encountered an error in their control panel mail. You need more memory or system resources. This issue occurs due to a number of factors. Let’s discuss it now. The problem was caused by a limitRead / write changes for registry keys and subkeys, which are centrally located in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software Microsoft Windows NT CurrentVersion Windows Messaging Subsystem Profiles
If you can create a new Outlook profile, the user who created the profile can be assigned Full Control permissions. Other potential clients of the domain (except administrators) have full rights to help these registry keys. This is usually not a problem, but in terminal server environments with mandatory details, this meant that only the administrators and users whose profile was used to initially configure the mandatory choice had access to that part of the registry.
Solutions
- Change the required profile to a regular roaming profile
rename ntuser.man to make sure you have ntuser.dat. - Log in as a user with rights
- Open the Administrator Registry (regedit.exe) and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software Microsoft Windows NT CurrentVersion Windows Messaging Subsystem
- Right-click Windows in the mail subsystem and select Permissions> Advanced.

This will apply permissions to all registry subkeys below - Log out and change the profile back to required

Do not open Outlook Any registry permissions (and MSG files right away) until reconnecting and creating a read-only profile (required). After that, there will be no more problems, because changes are not saved in the required profile.

Suggestion 2: Uninstall Office with Revo Uninstaller and reinstall Office clean
Outlook 2013 users whose mail applet stopped working in June 2016 can be found in Outlook 2013: Mail Control Panel won’t open.

To reset Outlook In production mode, open the registry Edit and delete the Windows Subsystem Email Key. We do not know why the key is damaged, but,this seems to solve the dilemma and does not require that much effort as it completely uninstalls and reinstalls Office.
If you rename this wonderful key, you will lose your data and you will have to recreate it. In fact, all of this cannot be avoided. Forgiveness.
