In ad-hoc threads, I can’t seem to find if this shows any promise when doing further tests to determine the real problem (and thus the correct solution).

I surfed the internet and found sample questions as well.
I expected the POST to fail and the router would not continue working.

Finally, when it cannot download the ISO provided by Flash, it sends it to some TFTP server and looks for it in the ROM. If at least one of them is still not found, the router will give a good error message. In fact, P.O.S.T. happens before our own operating system boots, so P.O.S.T. can happen anyway. The only way to get the router to work is to download the perfect IOS to a tftp server to download it to the router using ROM monitor technology.
If it can’t load ISO from flash it will be ported to good tftp and server will end up looking for it in ROM. If it still cannot find it, the router returns a new large error message. In fact, P.O.S.T occurs pre-boot operationallyth system, so P.O.S.T may still occur. The only way to get the router to work directly is to redirect the IOS to the tftp server, which injects it into the router from ROM monitor mode.

If the ISO cannot be loaded from flash, the site sends it to the tftp server, but also looks in the ROM. If it still cannot find it, the modem will display an error message. In fact, P.O.S.T happens before the operating system actually boots, so P.O.S.T can still work.
