Forget It

If it’s not broadcast, something may have gone wrong with my setup. If you forget your device, remake it.

Open Settings on your iPad or smartphone.
Press Bluetooth.
Press the information button (i) next to the device you really want to forget.

6. Restore With Mac

When there were no updates, or even when there were a lot of updates, restoring an iPhone or iPad with your family Mac can sometimes fix faulty items that even a hard reset or even an iCloud restore can’t. Basically, your Mac changes your data, restores the operating system, and then reloads your data. Think of it like spring cleaning.
