I have the same problems with Outlook 2016/2019 Mac and Kerio.
Outlook only with images appearing on the same domain when sending emails. Since image attachments in a kind of inbox as “online attachments” (preview) are no longer regular “attachments” (no preview) and therefore Outlook no longer displays attachments correctly connected online in combination with Kerio. I contact support and too, but there is no solution yet. i also dared imap instead of replacement … almost no problem …

I was informed that there is a notification that this issue is in version 9.2.9, when she release should be decided by the end of this month, but …
I want to make sure that what my users see is related and likely to be fixed in the next version.
KC Server Mail fixed to version 9.2.8 p1 running on Treadmill in Mac OSX Server Mail is a valuable Outlook 2016 client for Mac version 16.22 and / or version 16.23 (as of this morning).
For some time (before the release of the Internet KC Mail IT fix), some (not all) emails received from external sources have attachments that are not transmitted correctly / completely during internal transmission. Some or all attachments disappear in the delivered email when sent and received, although Outlook displays a paperclip to check attachments.
Previously, no .jpg and .ai files were reported.
View this forwarded email through any other email client (mail.app, Thunderbird, Outlook 2011 Mac) to or through KC’s email and the attachments will be visible.
I can also see attachments when I look at the source of the forwarded email (reopen it in a text editor and look for the attachment name), so it looks like Outlook “hides them. Attachments “for what I’m viewing”. … Do you think that after what I described above my owners will have the same problem and therefore troubleshooting will work as wellfor the information formats I mentioned?

I was hoping that updating Kerio to Connect 9.2.9 would fix this missing attachments issue in Outlook Mac 2016 … However, at my best, it doesn’t seem like it.
Today I was shown an email from outside my organization that contains only attachments: a .jpg file and a .pdf file.
During the transfer, the .jpg file is not sufficient for the sender side, both on the recipient side and outside of the email message that is forwarded in the Sent Items section.
Strange thing: If the email originally received is forwarded because it is an attachment, a preview of your EML file in Outlook on the user receive page is shown All its contents and attachments are also displayed on the Internet below the message body. Open the .eml file. In .Outlook. And .. don’t forget the ..jpg attachment is missing!
Has anyone seen this behavior after upgrading to server 9.2.9?
Kerio Connect Server is based on Mac Server OSX 10.8.5 Outlook 2016 with Mac client versions – 16.21.x assumes 16.23 works on macOS 10.12.6 and 10.13.6.

Chris Heiss, and these are the details.
I agree that I see the “online attachment” properties here.

Interesting to hear that this is not happening with a very IMAP connection, but only with an Exchange connection … I’ll test the setup here and see what happens … that probably explains why I wasn’t scared. with Thunderbird, etc. in the form of an IMAP connection.
Earlier in thisIn the 9th update 9 I tested, changing each attachment type from “online” to “attachment”, I also opened the modified .eml file, the attachments were visible. Describe why it worked. …
I will also ask some support questions as this is not resolved in 9.2.9.
Check with the specific shipper.Find the paperclip icon.Drag and drop files.Use the pop-up function.Restart Outlook.Check your internet connection.Select Show All.Disable your antivirus software.

If you don’t see attachments in Outlook, try exiting Outlook, reopening it, and viewing the email again. 7. Check your internet connection. Your Outlook app may have downloaded the text of new emails while you’re online, but if you’re offline these attachments are unlikely to download.
