Arch Linux Error Solution Cannot Prepare For Transaction Problem

Over the past few weeks, a number of users have reported a bug in Arch Linux that failed to prepare for a transaction.

     Besides the appropriate warnings about newer versions already installed, what happens often and how to fix the latest error? 
    

     What I'm definitely trying to update is my LLVM / Clang version(8-9) which I could not do with Pacman.

     Well, that gave mixed results. I leave them like that. I realize that I may have missed the article I posted earlier, but found it to be an acceptable step that might not be very helpful. 
    

     Out of respect, especially for the one who helped me in the past, it's rather condescending, which I'm probably trying to bring to life, I'm not asking anyone to lend a helping hand. I appreciate your amazing advice that I am actually doing, but right now the "this is not an excuse" part is unnecessary. 
    

    EDIT: Well it looks like this will be a short article (which clearly proves Karol is right and makes me look like a brand new premenstrual ficoster) 
    

     I found a post where the problem is almost the same as mine ... so I'm going to try to join

     I updated my body when my laptop froze and crashed when building the  Linux  package. I was able to chroot and boot my custom installation, but now I can't update my functionality at all. When I run  pacman -Syyu , I get the following output:

     I tried to update my new keychain and publish various solutions on the web (most of them use --force so it was canceled) but with no success. Any help would be appreciated here. 
    

     As of November 2017 Teamviewer 12 could be installed on Arch Linux. The 32-bit reward system will be discontinued shortly and we will see what it means for this credit request based on 32-bit packages. 
    

     After creating the teamviewer setup script on the blog, you can search for this answer 
    

     Because teamviewer wanted a package similar to the old version. He wanted to restrict this lib32-freetype2 package. 
    

     Downgrade is actually an iPhone application that is installed in ArcoLinux and can be used as needed.

     Teamviewer started up, everything went well. But then the updates are necessarily returned and pacman reads that the old version of the bundle is being used and wants to update. But teamviewer requires an old version and the above error will appear.

     My problem comes after following Arch's noble official instructions. After following these steps in Sublime Basic Docs, all I need to do is update Sublime 
    

      sudo -Syu pacman pick up text
