Workaround:
Some ISPs prevent their users from accessing them from “external” SMTP servers using traditional email programs such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, Netscape.
To check, doIf your ISP is blocking SMTP connections (port 25), ask someone to connect to the SMTP server from the command line (DOS prompt):
1. Start -> Run -> Enter -> Press “Command” ok
